Jason Paul Higgins has over 25 years of experience performing land surveys in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, California, Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Mr. Higgins is a Professional Land Surveyor and Water Right Surveyor in Nevada and a Registered Land Surveyor in Arizona.
His project experience includes ALTA/ACSM Surveys, residential, commercial, public works and industrial sites. Mr. Higgins involvement in residential community development includes master planned communities, land assemblies, pocket development and low-rise condominiums. He has extensive experience in the due diligence and feasibility stages through final mapping and construction staking of projects. Mr. Higgins field experience includes performing ALTA/ACSM, boundary, topographic, cadastral retracement, horizontal and vertical control and construction surveys using conventional and GPS/RTK /Static methods.
