This site is operated personally by JP Higgins as a public portfolio. It has no analytics, advertising, user accounts, contact forms, or marketing cookies. The site does not ask visitors to create a profile, submit personal information through the website, or opt into a marketing list.

Local browser state

Session storage is used only to remember that an animation has completed during the current browser session. That state avoids replaying an introductory visual sequence unnecessarily. It is local to the browser session, is not used to identify a visitor, and is not used for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking.

Hosting and external destinations

Standard hosting logs may be processed by the site's hosting provider for delivery, reliability, security, and abuse prevention. Those logs can include ordinary request information such as an IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp, and response status. The portfolio also links to external destinations, including project websites, professional profiles, an app marketplace, and email. External destinations have their own privacy policies and practices, which apply after a visitor follows a link away from jphiggins.com.

Scope

This notice describes the portfolio itself. It does not describe or control how independently operated external services process data. The public contact page uses email and profile links only; it does not send a message through this website or store a submission in a site account.
